What we collect
When you fill in a form on this site (an advertiser or venue enquiry), we collect the fields you enter: name, business name, phone number, email if you give one, zone, category and any message. Accounts add sign-in and session records. Campaigns add creative files, screen selections and delivery records. Billing profiles include a legal name, address, state and GSTIN or PAN. Enquiry abuse checks use a hash of your IP address; authentication and infrastructure logs may also contain connection information.
Cookies
We use necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. Signing out ends your session. The venue player stores its device credentials and downloaded creative files locally so it can recover from connection interruptions.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry over WhatsApp, phone or email, and to prepare a quote or a booking. We use account and billing information to manage campaigns, verify payments, issue invoices and credit notes, provide support and investigate abuse or delivery problems. Payment information is processed through the checkout provider; MOGO records transaction references, status and verified payment events.
Content you send us
Approved advertising is intended for public display and can be downloaded by venue players. Pending and rejected uploads require account access. Proof photos require access to the relevant venue or campaign, or operator access. Delivery reports count recorded plays and link scans; they do not identify individual viewers or establish how many people saw an ad.
Erasure and retention
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data. Visit account settings to request deletion. Your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period, during which you can cancel the request by signing back in. However, invoices and tax records are retained indefinitely as required by law, even after account deletion.
Contact
Use our contact form for privacy requests, including questions about retention and service providers. We may need to verify account ownership. Accounting and dispute records may need to be retained even when other account data is removed.
